Encapsulated galvanized steel rims prevent warping, while the pan should be hand washed to avoid discoloration. Any discoloration that occurs during hand washing or baking is purely cosmetic and will not affect baking performance. These pans are proudly made in the USA.

The interior dimensions of each pan are 12.1 x 8.8 inches, with exterior dimensions of 13 x 9.6 inches. The edge of each pan is 1.1 inches in height. Remember to hand wash these pans to maintain their quality and appearance.
