• Cleaning & Caring: The rolling pin has a smooth surface to prevent dough from sticking. Both ends are tapered for easy maintenance. Clean by rinsing with water or wiping with a damp cloth, then drying. Before packaging, we applied mineral oil. We suggest reapplying mineral or olive oil 1-2 times a month to enhance the wood grain.

• Material: The dough rolling pins are all made of sapele wood, special treatment on the surface to avoid excessive moisture penetration. They are totally safe in use.
• For a better experience: The surface is hand-polished 3 times. Even if natural wood knot, you can't feel any dents by hand. If rolling pin is only polished, it still has a little wood fibers. In order to avoid the problem, we apply mineral oil after each polishing and dry it. The mineral oil can be completely safe to come into contact with food.
